Lidero uses Chatwoot to receive and reply to TikTok Business Messaging direct messages for support conversations.
Data use
Messages from authorized TikTok Business Accounts are stored in Chatwoot as support conversations. Replies are sent only by authorized support agents. We do not use this integration to post content, scrape TikTok, or use browser/cookie automation.
Request deletion
To request deletion of TikTok messaging data handled by Lidero, email [email protected] with subject TikTok data deletion and include the TikTok Business Account or conversation reference. We will verify the request and remove eligible support conversation data from Chatwoot according to our privacy policy and legal retention obligations.
